All products purchased directly from the babiesincar.com website can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of its order date. If your product was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for returns and/or exchange. 
Please be aware that:
    • Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE both ways.
    • Replacement products CANNOT be returned for a refund.
    • Return shipping costs WILL NOT be covered.
    • Personalized Products CANNOT be returned nor exchanged. Be sure to confirm the product you are ordering BEFORE confirming your order.

 

RETURNS

We are pleased to accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 14 days of the date your order was placed. The product must not have been used, applied, or removed from its paper backing. All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of your order date or we cannot give you a refund or exchange. We strongly recommend choosing a mailing service with a tracking option for the return package. If the package does not reach us safely, we are unable to issue any refund. We are not liable for the lost or stolen packages during this return transit. For all international returns, we are not responsible for paying any customs fees, which may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified the contents meet the conditions above, we will contact you.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, go to our contact us page within 14 days of your order date. Fill out our contact form and put “Refund” in the message field. Please include your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Submit your request. Someone will contact you within 48 hours about your request. All unused or used product(s) must be shipped to us at BabiesInCar, 1723 W Devon Ave, Unit: 60025, Chicago, IL 60660.

The product must not have been used, applied, or removed from its paper backing. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If a product is used or has previously been applied, we will reject the return and send the used product(s) back to you. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

DAMAGED

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, email [email protected] and include a picture of the defective or damaged item and your order number and we will get a replacement out to you right away.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product for a different design or device, you are able to do so by contacting us within 14 days of the date your order was placed. The product must not have been used, applied, or removed from its paper backing. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
